The Department of Psychiatry at Boston Medical Center is on the same campus and is the primary teaching site for the Boston University School of Medicine (BUSM). Boston Medical Center serves as the principal training location for BUSM medical students during their third year Psychiatry Clerkship and for most of their fourth year Psychiatry electives. During their Psychiatry Clerkship rotations, Medical Students may be placed at the Boston Medical Center’s Emergency Room, Consultation & Liaison Services at the East Newton Campus, or at one of our ten affiliate hospitals.
