Genetics in Parkinson’s Event June 8th

All are invited to attend an educational event about the genetics of Parkinson’s disease, the Ashkenazi Jewish population, and an ongoing research study. Samuel Frank, MD, associate professor of neurology at Boston University Medical Center and site principal investigator of the Parkinson’s Progression Marker’s Initiative (PPMI) trial, and Vanessa Arnedo, associate director of research partnerships at the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research, will present Is Parkinson’s A Jewish Genetic Disease? This program will take place on Sunday, June 8th from 11:00am to 1:00pm at Jewish Family and Children’s Service in Waltham, MA.
