SPH offers need-based aid for those who complete the financial aid process by deadline – our application deadline for returning students is April 13 2012, or 45 days after the date of SPH admission. Student Financial Services requires completion of the following to be considered for need-based financial aid – please note that it is important that you complete your federal taxes prior to submitting a financial aid application:

First Time Financial Aid Applicants:

• Copy of completed federal tax forms (signed) and W-2 forms are required to be submitted via mail to:

 No state tax information is required. Financial Aid information that is submitted and not required for the student’s financial aid application will be destroyed for security purposes.

Any exceptional circumstances should be included in a letter of circumstance that you may submit with your tax information.

Continuing BUMC Student Application for Financial Assistance

Students are not required to complete the NeedAccess application after the first year, and will receive a similar financial aid package each successive year.

Students are requested to inform us if their financial circumstances improve significantly from one year to the next.
