Emergency BU Alert Boston University’s Charles River and Medical Center Campuses will be closed Tuesday, January 27th for the entire day. All normal academic and administrative activities (e.g. classes, seminars and meetings) that are scheduled to take place are cancelled. When classes resume, they will resume on the regular class schedule. Whether or how classes are to be made up is at the discretion of the faculty member. MEDICAL CAMPUS Medical, PA and GMS students who are assigned to inpatient services or clinics are expected to be present, if possible. Students who are assigned to outpatient services should check with their course directors or the policy at the clinical site. Dr. Sullivan is the founder of the Morehouse School of Medicine and served as Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services under President George Bush, Sr. In this edited interview, Dr. Sullivan speaks about his past in the segregated south, his time at B.U.S.M and gives advice to future generations of physicians.
