Justin McCummings is the Administrative Manager of the Minority Physician Recruitment Program at Boston Medical Center as well as the Diversity Liaison for the Office of Diversity & Multicultural Affairs at Boston University School of Medicine. Justin helps bridge the gap between the hospital (BMC) and the medical school (BUSM) in regards to diversity initiatives in order to help provide a more inclusive medical campus.
Prior to coming to the medical campus, Justin spent 5 years at Boston University School of Management with his most recent roles as the Associate Director of Career Services and an appointed Lecturer in the Organizational Development Department. In addition, Justin has held positions as an admissions professional at several institutions of higher education within the New England area.
Justin has over 10 years of combined experience in recruitment, career coaching, and teaching. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Stonehill College and a Master in Education from Cambridge College.
