SNMA Regional Conference
Boston University School of Medicine
November 12 – 14, 2004
The BUSM Chapter of the Student National Medical Association hosted the Annual Region VII SNMA conference on the campus of Boston University School of Medicine. Over 150 medical students from schools throughout New England, including Dartmouth, Tufts, Harvard, University of Massachusetts, Yale, University of Connecticut, University of Vermont and Boston University gathered for two days of Plenary Sessions, work shops, poster sessions, and a residency fair. There was a research session which was sponsored by NitroMed, Inc. Dr. Louis Sullivan BUSM ’57 was the Awards Banquet speaker. There may also have been a party or two. The Co-Chairs of the Conference were second year BUSM medical students Joshua Joseph and Toya Hester. They and their committee did an outstanding job in planning and executing the conference
