Bayridge is an inter-collegiate residence that offers housing for women attending Boston area colleges and universities. The residence is located in the heart of Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood. Bayridge accommodates sixty women in single and shared rooms with complete furnishings. The center offers an on-site library, computer lab, lounges, cafeteria, and laundry machines, as well as, a complete cleaning and maintenance service. Two meals per day on weekdays and three meals per day on weekends are included in the room and board rates. Bayridge also offers a full scale of residential life activities including lectures, concerts, outings and international evenings.

Northampton Square is a specialty housing facility run by the City of Boston’s public housing commission. The building is physically connected to the Miranda-Creamer center as well as the Yawkey Ambulatory Care center at the BMC. Previously known as South Block, Northampton Square rents only studio apartments, and only on a month-to-month basis. Because of the proximity to the BUMC as well as the price, the complex usually generates a waiting list about 8-12 months long. Applications for spots on the waiting list are released each month at the management office on the 15th.
