The following companies specialize in short-term furnished apartments. If you are looking for accommodations for about a month, these organizations can generally provide studio or one-bedroom apartments.
A short-term rental will usually not be the least expensive option: expect to look in the range of $1600 – $2000 for a month stay. Many of these organizations will charge a service or move-in fee as well; sometimes you can negotiate a lower fee, or to have the fee removed.
If you have the opportunity to call one of these organizations ahead of time and schedule a meeting, do so. Just like when looking at full-term apartments, it’s a good idea to inspect short-term rental units to make sure they suit your needs.
