Start Dates for the Academic year 2013-2014 are as follows:

The following is the official vacation/time-off schedule for 3rd and 4th year students in the 2013-2014 academic year:

Thanksgiving Break: Starts at noon on Wednesday, November 27, 2013 through Sunday, December 1, 2013. Clerkships resume on Monday, December 2, 2013
Holiday: Starts after call responsibilities on Sunday, December 22, 2013 through Wednesday, January 1, 2014. Clerkships resume Thursday, January 2, 2014.
Spring Break: Starts Monday, March 24, 2014 through Sunday, March 30, 2014. Clerkships resume Monday, March 31, 2014

Change 8.3.12:
- Weds 1/9 Neuro – removed lecture from 12-12:50; moved lab from 12-1:50
- Thurs 1/10 Neuro- added neuro lecture from 11-11:50
- Fri 1/11 Neuro – removed lab from 11-12:50, added discussion from 12-1:50
- Mon 1/14 Neuro- review from 9-10:50 AM and from 12-1 PM
- Tues 1/15 – removed lectures, changed to a READING Day
- Thurs 1/17 – removed as a reading day, added Neuro exam from 8:30-1:30
Change 8.14.12: Genetics session on 2/19 from 2-2:50 PM updated to denote Genetics Discussion Session
Change 12.10.12: The Immunology exam on 4/17/13 was moved to 10 AM-1:30 PM

Change 7.2.12: Oncology Module schedule change on 4/10/13
Change 8.2.12: Psychiatry schedule change on 1/25/13 and
1/30/13 and Endocrinology Module schedule change on 2/13/13 and
2/15/13
Change 10.18.12: The two IP sessions on March 27 and 28 were removed. There should be a total of 8 IP sessions in the Spring.
Changes 1.9.13:
- 1/11 – Lecture ends at 10:45 and the Mandatory Patient Examination Session (Small Groups) run from 12-1.
- 1/14 – there are no case discussions, however lecture runs from 8:30-12.
- 1/16 – Neuro Exam review starts at 9:25 till 10:25. That will be followed by additional Neurology for the USMLE from 10:30-11:30.
- 1/25 – Lecture has been added from 1:30-2:20.
- 1/28 – There are no case discussions that afternoon, however lecture runs from 12-1:50.
- 1/30 – Morning lecture ends at 11:50 with the Patient Restraint Demonstration from 10:30-11:50.
- 1/31 – Lecture ends at 11:20
- 2/1 – Exam Review 1 runs from 12-1:20, Exam Review 2 runs from 1:30-2:20.
- 2/11 – The Mandatory OSA meeting re Preparing for Third Year has been added – 2-4pm
- In the Dermatology Module the Slide Review sessions have been renamed Slide Review/Q&A.
- 4/17 – The Patient Examination session has been removed and lecture will start at 8:30 and a Slide Review/Q&A session has been added after lecture from 11:50-12:20.
- 4/18 – Lecture runs from 8:30-9:30, with a Review/Q&A from 9:35-9:50, followed by the Mock Exam/Exam Review session from 10-11:30.
