A partial list of Undergraduate research projects is listed below. Each project is expected to require ~1 year part time or 1 summer full time to complete and is expected to result in a published paper.
- Tandem mass spectrometry analysis of Ganglioside mixtures by High pressure MALDI.
- Implementation of isotope distribution modeling programs within B.U.D.A.
- Analysis of phosphopeptides for determination of site of phosphorylation.
- Enzymatic synthesis of glycosaminoglycans for the purpose of developing tandem mass spectrometric sequencing strategies.
