Dr. Rao is an Assistant Professor of Medicine. Area of interest is palliative medicine with a concentration in pain and non-pain symptom management in addition to goals of care discussions. Dr. Rao is a Hospitalist at Boston Medical Center and a member of the Palliative Care Consult Service attending team. Prior to completing a fellowship in palliative care, Dr. Rao was an academic hospitalist at Long Island Jewish Medical Center.
