Dept. of Medicine/Evans Medical Foundation Employee Recognition Program
Purpose:
To recognize exceptional employee performance.
Application:
EMF employees.
Procedure:
- DOM members may nominate an employee for the DOM/EMF recognition program by submitting a nomination form (see below).
- Nominees will be reviewed by section administrators. They will be eligible for a monthly drawing held the last day of the month for a $50 gift card from Barnes and Noble.
- The awardees will be featured in the DOM monthly newsletter.
- All nominees will be invited to a year-end celebration luncheon.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Department of Medicine employee as defined by inclusion on DOM/EMF budgets.
- Trainees are not eligible.
- Faculty are not eligible.
