Summary of research interest:

We examine Breast Cancer signaling affecting antiestrogen resistance, morphology, invasiveness and metastesis. The gene family NSP is studied -in particular BCAR3/AND34. AND Knockout mice have been made with major lens developmental deformaties. BCAR3 is associated with focal adhesion signaling via the adapter protein p130CAS.
