Please fill out this form with your updated address information and we will send you information on accessing the Alumni Online Directory after graduation. *If you include your email address in addition to a mailing address we will send you a print of the class photo taken on Match Day.

  • Please complete this form by August 31, 2013. If we do not receive a completed form, the information provided in your Commencement Ceremony Program will be included in the online directory. You may also send your updated address information to the Alumni Association by mail, fax or email (please see below for contact information).
