LGBT Health: A Conversation with Shane Snowdon

Join us on Monday, July 30 at 6:30pm as MedGLO presents, “LGBT Health, A Conversation with Shane Snowdon.” This event is open to alumni, students, residents, faculty and community members of BUMC, past and present.

Dinner will be served as we discuss topics ranging from LGBT Health Policy and Advocacy, to navigating life as a LGBT Professional or Ally.

Shane Snowdon is the Director for the UCSF Center for LGBT Health & Equity, and she is a leading voice for LGBT equality in healthcare, education and employment. She will also present at BMC’s Nursing Grand Rounds from 2:00-3:00 p.m.in the School of Medicine (Room L-109). Any guests unable to join us for the evening talk are welcome to attend Grand Rounds.
