Application Process

For the M.A. in Medical Sciences Program, Oral Health Sciences Track, completed applications must be received by April 31 of the year for which you are seeking entry.  Late applications will not be accepted and only completed applications will be considered.

The required applications materials include:

  1. Completed application form
  2. An official college transcript
  3. Copy of DAT
  4. A personal statement
  5. Three letters of recommendation
  6. A $60.00 non-refundable application fee
