Poster Toolbox 2013
You may use your own poster template or the following poster templates (as is, or in a modified version). Once you download and save the PowerPoint to your computer, you can then go in and type your own text. Your poster should be no larger than 4′ tall and 4.5′ wide.

Click on “Service Offerings” in the left-hand panel, then “poster cost estimator” or contact Educational Media at 617-638-4370.
Setting Up Posters and Laptops for the Poster Session
Posters can be mounted on the designated poster display boards on Tuesday, May 21st from 2:00-3:00 P.M and on Wednesday, May 22nd from 7:30-8:15 A.M. (before the event begins) or from 10-11:30 A.M. (during the workshop sessions.)
At those times, you will be assigned a specific board number. Mounting will only be allowed with pushpins, which will be provided. Use of tape or any other sticky substance is prohibited.
We expect ALL posters to be put up only during the above mentioned times.
