If you do not have a BU login name and password, use the form below to submit an IT request. If you do have a BU account, submit your request here.

  • Give us a short headline about your request. Examples: "Computer boot issue", "Question about Outlook calendar"
  • Include as many details as you can, including the exact text of any error messages, your location (building, floor, room number), and how to get in touch with you.

  • If your request is about a BU asset such as a printer or computer, it should have an asset number attached to it.
