Form Submission Confirmation (XP Upgrade Initiative)

Thank you for contacting us with information regarding your Windows XP computer! This is a large project for BUMC IT that encompasses hundreds of machines, so we will be contacting you as time and scheduling permits. If you believe your request is urgent, please contact the service desk with your ticket number (which you should receive via email shortly after submitting this form) and let us know your circumstances. We would prioritize consulting you about your upgrade if the machine you are currently using is an impediment to your work because of its age, incompatible software, or if it is in need of a repair. Regardless of your usage case, if we are unable to update or fix the computer, we will recommend that it be replaced, or potentially that parts be purchased to update or repair the system.
