Wireless

Please Note: The BU 802.1x wireless network will be retired in the near future. Once retired, eduroam will be the primary wireless network at Boston University.

With this in mind, we encourage early adoption of the BU eduroam wireless network.

Wireless Internet connections are available in the Alumni Medical Library and throughout the campus on the eduroam networks. Connecting to the eduroam network requires a BU (Kerberos) login, while connecting to eduroam requires an academic organizational email address. If you are a BU Affiliate and wish to set up a BU (Kerberos) login , please complete the form found on the Library’s Accessing Library Resources page.

Instructions for configuring your computer to use the BU (802.1x) Wireless networks are below:

For more information on configuring your Wireless access, visit the IS&T Wireless page.
