What is acupuncture information sheet
Acupuncture is offered for BMC patients in the Family Medicine clinic as well as the Adolescent Medicine Center. Currently there is no charge for visits.
Effective 6.28.11, all patients interested in receiving acupuncture must first be seen for an integrative medicine consult in the Family Medicine clinic. Appointments for consults can be made by faxing a referral to (617)414-2090 attention: Danielle. Read our acupuncture policies here.
- Tuesday Acupuncture Clinic, 1 – 4:30 pm, Family Medicine Clinic, 3rd Floor of the Yawkey Ambulatory Care Center (ACC 2), 850 Harrison Avenue.
- Wednesday Acupuncture Clinic, 5:30 – 8 pm, Adolescent Medicine Center, 5th Floor of the Yawkey Ambulatory Care Center (ACC 5), 850 Harrison Avenue. Currently no referral is necessary. Please call 617-414-4086 to schedule an appointment. The Wednesday evening clinic is part of the Boston Medical Center – New England School of Acupuncture Collaboration.
- Friday Acupuncture Clinic, 1:15-5:15pm, Family Medicine Clinic, 3rd Floor of the Yawkey Ambulatory Care Center (ACC 2), 850 Harrison Avenue. The Friday afternoon clinic is part of the Boston Medical Center – New England School of Acupuncture Collaboration.
