Roommate Information
Current Tenants/Prospective Roommates: If you are a current Harrison Court tenant and need to find a new roommate to join you in your apartment, please utilize the services provided by the Medical Campus Office of Housing Resources (OHR). Click here to advertise your room in the OHR available apartments and rooms listing service.
If you are a prospective roommate and would like to know if there are current Harrison Court tenants looking for roommates to share multiple-occupancy units, contact the OHR to request the list of available apartments for rent in Boston. Current tenants who have chosen to do so are welcome to list the open bedroom(s) in their Harrison Court apartment through this listing service. If you find a room and roommate you think will be a good match, please contact the poster directly.
For current tenants, please keep in mind that all Harrison Court residents must be full-time BU students on the Medical Campus, or significant others or family members of full-time students.
It is also recommended that students seeking roommates add a profile to the online roommate matching database so that potential roommates have a means of getting in touch with you. To add your profile to the database for Medical Campus students visit:www.bumc.bu.edu/ohr/roommates
If you are leaving your apartment and the apartment will be vacant as a result of your leaving it, please do not find a roommate to take your place. The Office of Rental Property Management will select a new tenant from the Harrison Court waiting list to fill the vacant apartment.

Any time a roommate exchange occurs at Harrison Court, you MUST notify the Office of
Rental Property Management in order to have the new tenant added to the lease.

Vacant Apartments: If you are interested in renting a vacant studio, 1 bdrm, or 2 bdrm unit at
Harrison Court, please submit an application in order to have your name added to the waiting list.
The Office of Rental Property Management will contact you in the event that a unit becomes available
and you are next on the waiting list.
