MBTA Service

The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) provides bus service to the BUMC area. BU faculty, staff and students may purchase passes at the Office of Parking and Transportation Services at 710 Albany St.

Employee payroll deduction form

BUMC Employees may sign up for monthly, pre-taxed T passes by payroll deduction, please click here (You may print it out, and submit it to TranSComm.)

Student Semester Form

BUMC Students (both full-time and part-time) may sign up for the MBTA semester pass program and save 11%. Semester programs run twice a year (Oct-Jan, and Feb-May). The next available time to enroll in the Semestser Pass program is Fall 2009. For Fall 2009 Semester MBTA pass application, please click here (You may print it out, and submit it to TranSComm.)

Transportation kiosks providing free transportation information including MBTA bus and train schedules, maps, and shuttle bus schedules. These kiosks are located in the School of Medicine (adjacent to Student Affairs Office), in the lobby of the School of Dental Medicine, in the School of Public Health in the alcove in T2C. Kiosks are also located throughout the lobbies of the medical center.
