The Graduate Programs at Boston University School of Medicine reviews all applications and does accept qualified international candidates. As with all candidates accepted into the Graduate Program in Molecular and Translational Medicine, international candidates benefit from free tuition, health insurance coverage and stipend payments. Currently, we have students from Canada, Turkey, Cyprus, Japan, China, India, the European Community and Eastern Europe.
All candidates are expected to complete the online application and submit the required three (3) letters of recommendation, personal statement and GRE scores within the application deadline to the GMS office (http://www.bumc.bu.edu/gms/gateway/students/). International candidates who have not matriculated in a US institution must submit TOEFL scores. (Minimum TOEFL: Reading = 21 Listening = 18 Speaking = 23 and Writing = 22)
International candidates must submit the International Applicant Cover Sheet as part of their application. Financial documents are not required.
