GMS Faculty Vote – Proposed MS in Educational Neuroscience

The objective of the Master of Science in Educational Neuroscience degree program is to train individuals in the emergent field that combines Neuroscience and Education, termed Educational Neuroscience. The program integrates the understanding of cognitive neuroscience and the theory and practice of pedagogy. The goal of the program is to train a cadre of professionals to learn and apply the principles of cognitive neuroscience to advance the effectiveness of teaching and the durability and transferability of learning.
