Retreat

The boot camp focuses on didactic learning and development of core competencies while the retreat focuses on demonstrating core competencies through presentation and discussion of research. A keynote address by a distinguished researcher that exemplifies the principles of the TTPAS program provides the “entertainment”. In addition to the formal presentation there are additional opportunities for workshops on professional development and/or team building exercises. The retreat,draws the community together in a manner that supports cohesiveness among faculty and students, and adds a social dimension to the training experience.
