TTPAS Application Process

Eligibility

• Any current BU doctoral student in the early stage of their studies (1st or occasionally 2nd year) interested in advanced trans-disciplinary training in the addiction sciences are encouraged to apply.
• Applicants must be enrolled in a PhD Program/Department participating in TTPAS.
• Application deadline is April 15th, 2013
• Notification of acceptance around May 1st, 2013

  Applicants must be enrolled in a listed TPPAS participating PhD program.
• Include a brief statement indicating who, among the participating TTPAS training faculty, you would prefer to work with for both the basic and population sciences research.*
• Submit an essay (500 words) stating why you are interested in multidisciplinary research in addiction science.*
• I give TTPAS faculty permission to view transcripts and test scores from my Boston University application*

  Please have 2 letters of recommendation submitted from 1. The Director of your current PhD program and 2. A recommender of your choice on your potential and motivation for multi-disciplinary training and research.
