Boston University School of Medicine, School of Public Health and Goldman School of Dental Medicine host many postdocs on the Medical Campus to continue their academic training. However, some aspects of their relationship with BUSM, SPH and GSDM more resemble those of employees.
Given the hybrid nature of their association, BUSM, SPH and GSDM have developed policies to better define obligations and expectation of both the organization and the postdocs.
