Francine Montemurro, Boston University Ombuds, will lead a workshop on conflict resolution skills specifically designed for PhD students and postdoctoral fellows. Through this workshop you will: Learn effective ways to communicate with others in stressful situations. Learn more collaborative ways to problem-solve. Identify your conflict style(s) Strengthen relationships with others.
