Become a Mentor with Transition Together! |
| We are seeking compassionate and motivated medical students to serve as mentors in an exciting new program called Transition Together. As a mentor, you’ll help a young person with epilepsy meet their goals towards medical independence and build relationships with pediatric neurology providers and researchers. Commitment includes training sessions and having a relationship with a mentee for a minimum of one year.
