Boston Pride Parade – 6/8

Boston Pride Parade

Saturday, June 8, 2019
12 pm

Dear Colleagues and Students,

We invite you to march and celebrate with family, friends, and allies at the Boston Pride Parade. This year represents the recognition of the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Riots – “Looking Back, Loving Forward”.

The Boston Pride Parade will be on Saturday, June 8, 2019.

If you would like to march with our Boston University contingent—as an individual or on behalf of a BU organization, team, or group—please RSVP here by Friday, May 24. The first 100 BU staff, faculty, or students who register will be eligible for a “Boston University PRIDE” T-shirt!

We are indebted to Stacey Harris, from Disability & Access Services, and CAS student Faith Puleikis, who have generously agreed to serve together as this year’s marshals. Our marshals will communicate additional details to registrants as we near June 8th. For the time being, you may find more details about the parade schedule, route, and staging area here.

Best regards,
