Yi Pu, Graduate Student

Yi PuYi graduated in 2016. He currently works for Biogen, Idec in Cambridge, MA.

Yi’s thesis work focused primarily on the development of electron activated dissociation (ExD) methods that employ higher energy electrons, such as electronic excitation dissociation (EED) and hot electron capture dissociation (hotECD), for structural characterization of glycans and glycopeptides. He also worked on the development of a trapped ion mobility spectrometry (TIMS)-ExD method for analysis of isomeric glycans.
