What financial support will the section provide(typically ½ of the cost)? Will the funds come from the usual discretionary allowance or from additional sources? How will the faculty and their training benefit the section? What support will early career faculty receive upon returning from the training? How will mid-career and senior faculty contribute to the education of trainees?
