Expected Support of ARCs by the Evans Center
Grant Support for each ARC for 1-2 years (year 3 for exceptional
progress and promise), pending upon yearly review; the available
support should be explored with the Center’s Director;- Travel Awards for PIs to present (preferably as a talk) ARC work in
meetings; - Funds for annual mini-symposia and periodical seminars to enhance knowledge and collaborations;
- Administrative Support with regard to ARC budget management, symposia, web site update, etc.;
- Administrative Support with grant editing and preparation;
- A certain % of indirect cost will be channeled back from DOM to PIs on a grant applied in the context of the ARC;
- Successful ARCs could eventually gain a status of a Program
