Submission Center for MSSRP, Summer 2013 Applications

  • To apply for a scholarship via the Medical Student Summer Research Program for summer, 2013, you must submit the following:

    • ITEM #1: Online Application for MSSRP (Summer, 2013) (the form below)
    • ITEM #2: Word document ("Contact Information & Description of Project") to be submitted below and named as: 'Your Last Name, Your First Name, Summer Research Proposal, 2013.doc'. Click here for the document: Contact-Info-&-Description-of-Project.doc.
    • ITEM #3: Paper document ('Preceptor's Signature Sheet') that should be submitted to Ana Bediako, A-302. Click here for the document: Preceptor's-Signature-Sheet.doc.

    Before you begin, you must read the following document: Summer Scholarship, 2013 - Description & Requirements.

    DEADLINE: All parts of the application must be submitted by Friday, March 22, 2013, 11:59 PM.

  • NOTE: The address info you provide above will be used to send your scholarship payments (if indeed you receive a scholarship). If you change addresses between now and June, you must update your address info with Ana Bediako.
  • [ The Academy Advisor info will be used to invite Academy Advisor to our annual summer research symposium in February druing which students display their research results. ]
  • File should be named as follows: "Your Last Name, Your First Name, Summer Research Proposal, 2013.doc"

  • 21. I Have Read the Requirements of the Medical Student Summer Research Program

    If you receive a scholarship, you are expected to meet the requirements outlined in "Summer Scholarship, 2013 - Description & Requirements." Check below if you have read the requirements and will meet them if you are granted a scholarship.
