Application Form

The application process for the July 2010 start date is now open. The deadline for application submissions will be November 1, 2009. All applications must be complete and in our office by this date to be considered for the July 2010 start. Please click here to download the application.

The following must be received in order for your application to be reviewed:

  1. TOEFL scores sent directly from ETS (center code 3231)
  2. Three letters of recommendation (one from your current supervisor)
  3. Personal Statement
  4. Application fee of $100 USD made payable to Boston University
  5. Updated curriculum vitae
  6. Notarized copy of medical degree translated into English
  7. Medical school transcripts, either notarized or sent directly from the medical school
  8. Financial sponsorship documentation
