Using a case-based format, the following areas are topics for discussion:
• Discussion of predictors of disabling Crohn’s Disease
• Use of immunomodulators (methotrexate, 6-MP, azathioprine) in patients with moderate-to-severe Crohn’s Disease
• Use of anti-TNFs and anti-adhesion biologic agents for the treatment of moderate-to-severe Crohn’s Disease
• Minimizing side effects of steroids, immunomodulators and biologic agents
• Management of primary and secondary nonresponder to anti-TNF agents
• Management of the Crohn’s disease patient with perianal fistulas
