Accommodations

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort with an arrival date of Saturday, April 13th, and a departure date of Friday, April 19th. The room rate is $219, single or double, plus tax, Hilton Head Chamber of Commerce fee, and $9 parking fee (if applicable). Call the hotel directly at 843-842-8000 to reserve your room.

The room block will be open until 5:00pm local time on March 13th or until it sells out, whichever happens first. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space and rate available basis. Specify that you are with the Boston University School of Medicine group when making your reservation in order to receive the conference rate.

Cancellations will be accepted prior to 12:00pm local hotel time, 7 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is no longer required and is not cancelled prior to this time, the reservation will be released, and one night’s subsequent room and tax charges will be billed to the credit card on file.
