CityLab has developed a curriculum on alcohol education- especially targeted toward high school students. This four-part curriculum is a laboratory based approach to understanding alcohol’s effects on the human body.
The entire curriculum, along with supplemental materials is now available for teachers, students and parents online at http://www.alcoholeducationforyouth.org/

Bridgewater State Univeristy’s CityLab offers a week-long, daytime biotechnology outreach program for middle school students called Whale of a Mystery. Students entering grades 6-9 in the fall are eligible to apply.

On February 23rd, while most students were taking a break from the books during school vacation, CityLab was visited by a group of elementary school students from the Malden YMCA. We had a fantastic time with the group extracting strawberry DNA. They learned what DNA is, where it come s from, and how DNA makes each of us unique.
