Location and Accommodations
Wequassett Inn Resort and Golf Club, Chatham, Massachusetts.
The Wequassett Inn is a two-hour drive from both Boston and Providence, and 18 miles from the Barnstable Municipal airport, with daily air service from Boston, New York and Hartford. Didactic sessions occur in a conference center overlooking Pleasant Bay. During free time, participants take advantage of many available outdoor activities including tennis, golf, cycling along the 26-mile Cape Cod Rail Trail, and access to the beach.
Accommodations and travel for chief residents are funded. Accommodations for mentors are funded; however, mentors are required to cover their own travel expenses.
Transportation from Logan Airport in Boston to The Wequassett Inn will be via the Logan Express bus (Plymouth & Brockton Street Railway). Attendees will be reimbursed for the Logan express fare. A chartered van will transport attendees to Logan at the close of the conference. Those who seek other transportation methods to or from Logan will be responsible for their own transportation.
