Fond memory of BUSM:  I was a very proud member of the Early Medical School Selection Program (EMSSP).  It was such a unique experience to take part in medical school course before I was even an official member of the BUSM community.  I made life long friends, great study buddies, and a great mentor in Dr. Kenneth Edelin.  In addition, my years at BUSM would not have been complete without the tough love and shoulder to cry on from Ms. Malissia Evans!  My other favorite experiences at BUSM were taking part in the Alumni events, including the Alumni Phonathons!  They had the best food and the best gifts and it was an excellent way to get free career advice!

Hobbies outside of work:  I enjoy international travel and golfing.  My favorite trip was during medical school when I was able to go to Kenya for a couple weeks in the summer.  It was such an amazing experience:  the culture, the safaris, the beaches!  I am looking forward to going back again.  I am looking forward to an upcoming vacation this June to Paris and Barcelona with my family.  I’m looking forward to the R&R!  I took up golfing less than a year ago and I find it challenging but also a good practice in humility!

Academic appointments:  Assistant Professor, Tufts University School of Medicine; Co-Director of the Tufts University School of Medicine 1st year Genetics course
