Reminder: Faculty Annual Evaluation

As per our bylaws and our LCME accreditation, all full-time faculty members must meet with their supervisor annually to discuss their performance and their progress toward promotion and receive useful feedback.

Please provide a summary of your progress in the format required by your department and schedule a face-to-face meeting with your supervisor by clicking on the Faculty Development system at: https://facdev.bumc.bu.edu

Minimum reporting requirements on the website includes:

• Identifying your supervisor
• Date of your meeting
• Whether the feedback you’ve received was useful
