BUMC Pride is inviting the medical campus community, including friends, partners and allies to take part in the Boston Pride Parade.  This year’s parade theme is “Solidarity Through Pride.”  The parade is the largest in New England, with an anticipated 35,000 people marching! Everyone is welcome and if you are interested in marching with BUMC Pride, please sign up here.  More information about where to gather and line up will be available closer to the date of the parade. There is no dress code, participants are encouraged to wear something BUSM or BUMC- related or anything colorful, funky, and fun.

Participation in the parade is co-organized by the BUMC Pride and the BUSPH LGBTQ Alliance , a newly formed group.  All BUMC schools will be marching together under one banner, commissioned by Provost Antman, which recognizes and celebrates the LGBT populations in all schools on the BU Medical Campus.
