RESEARCH INTERESTS

My current research interests lie in CD4 T cell development and fate. As a student of Dr. Susan Winandy’s lab, I look forward to pursuing studies in T helper cell differentiation into regulatory cell subsets and the programs of gene expression involved in regulation of their homeostasis, proliferation, survival and homing. These studies will progress towards defining mechanisms which regulate CD4 T cells in carrying out an immune response and i look forward to learning about all aspects of immunology that will contribute to these research goals.
