Target Audience: Faculty, Students, Residents, Greater Boston Scientific Community (advertised in MIT’s Bulletin).

At the conclusion of this activity participants will be able to: 1) repeat that transcriptional dysregulation has been proposed to play a major role in the pathology of Huntington’s disease; 2) recall that in Huntington’s disease specifically how alterations in transcription and epigenetic regulation can cause pathogenesis and 3) identify novel molecular/epigenetic mechanisms may unveil new therapeutic targets for the treatment of Huntington’s disease.
