Our People
The Department of Biochemistry is the largest basic science department at Boston University School of Medicine. Our Department is composed of 28 faculty laboratories, 10 research faculty, 26 postdoctoral fellows and Research Associates, and 46 graduate students who are supported by strong technical and administrative staff. The majority of the laboratories and the department offices are housed in the Silvio O. Conte Research Building (K) with some laboratories in other buildings on the Medical Campus.
