Training Grants in the Biochemistry Department
There are many opportunities for specialized training opportunities within the Department of Biochemistry. Some of these opportunities involve participation in targeted research/training programs, such as cardiovascular research or aging research. Other opportunities involve the use of facilities and equipment which aid in the generation and analysis of research data.
Responsible Conduct of Research
The Responsible Conduct of Research program at BUSM is now required for all graduate students.
Core Facilities
Faculty from the Department of Biochemistry have developed and maintain 4 major core facilities to facilitate research.
The Dean’s office, and in some cases the Department of Medicine, supports an array of core facilities, which are available to all faculty at Boston University School of Medicine, Boston Medical Center and Boston University’s Charles River campus.
