Exporting to a Personal Folders File in Outlook/Exchange

Below, you will find three choices. The first, “Exporting to a Personal Folders File Movie” is a movie and is most appropriate if you have sound on your computer. The second, “Exporting to a Personal Folders File Text” should be viewed if you do not have sound. The third, “Exporting to a Personal Folders File PDF” is for easy printing.

Follow these steps to make your selection:

Step 1. Click on the movie or document
Step 2. Choose “Run this program from its current location.”
Note: If a Security Warning appears at this point, click on “yes”.
