Restoration of deleted files on the “Y” drive

Why would I need this service?

  • You accidentally deleted a file on the “Y” drive and wish to retrieve that copy.
  • You made changes to a file and you would like to access the previous version.

Please note this form cannot be used for e-mails missing in Outlook.  It is only for files on the BUMC “Y” drive.
