The IT Help Program, an innovative partnership between several higher education organizations provides a comprehensive solution for the IT application and technology training needs of our community. IT Help is for Boston University Medical Campus staff, faculty and students.
 

The Boston Consortium for Higher Education Services:

The Boston Consortium for Higher Education Services is a coalition of schools in and around Boston. The Boston Consortium acts as an external resource in creating a collaborative environment that inspires member institutions in the development and practical implementation of innovative cost management and quality improvement ideas.
 

IT Help:

The Consortium’s IT Training Group selected local training companies to serve as “Preferred Vendors” — outside training resources to help Consortium schools meet IT training needs they cannot fulfill on their own. These vendors were thoroughly screened and evaluated by the Consortium for both high quality instructors and materials, convenient locations, and excellent education pricing.

Benefits:

Staff, faculty and students of Boston University can go to any of the vendor web sites above, browse the course offerings, contact the vendor identify themselves as a consortium member, and receive the discounted rate. In addition, Boston University staff and faculty can attend courses that are offered at any of the Consortium member schools.
